In a very dynamic way, we will work on concrete situations from each mom’s daily life where there is a feeling of limitation and frustration that we don’t know how to change. We will explore some of the predominant emotions of that particular situation, discover how they take form in our body and what we can do to change the way we react to them—creating more clarity to express what we feel and do what we want to do.
